Placing an Order
Prices, sizes, materials, and turnaround times shown on this website are our standard rates and estimates at the time of viewing. Submitting an order or quote request through the site is not a final confirmation. We confirm every order directly with you over WhatsApp, including final price, quantity, and timeline, before production begins.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times listed per product are typical production windows and begin once your design file, payment arrangement, and order details are confirmed, not from the moment you submit an online request. Delays can occur for complex designs, large quantities, or supply availability, and we'll tell you if that affects your order.
Artwork and Files
You're responsible for the accuracy of any design, text, or image you send us for printing, including spelling, colors, and layout. We print what is approved. If you ask us to design something for you, we'll share a proof for your approval before printing.
Payment
This website does not process payments directly. Payment terms and method are agreed with you directly over WhatsApp as part of confirming your order.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders can be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, since materials have already been committed to your order.
